Quit Smoking with Chantix - Day 5
Have you ever had one of those days where you wake up the next morning wondering why you did something the night before? Yeah, me too. I had this feeling Sunday morning…
My wife and I went to a party Saturday night. I bet you can guess what happened…I smoked. I’m not going to beat myself up about this any longer, but I will say that I am really disapointed in myself for blowing 3 days without smoking. I am back on track and that is the only thing that matters right now.
Chantix is unbelievable. Since the day I quit, I haven’t had any serious cravings. I was shocked at how well the drug was able to control my cravings and let me focus on kicking the habit. My slip on Saturday was a result of weakness; it didn’t have anything to do with Chantix.
I have noticed a few more side effects, especially once I started the continuing week dose of 2mg per day. I’ve had passing bouts of nausea and the occasional headache. I’m certain that these are attributed to Chantix because I hardly ever have headaches or stomach problems.
I have put my past transgressions behind me and am moving forward. I guess I needed a reminder of why you can’t let your defenses down for one second. Live and learn.

Well that’s good. Smoking is bad for your health
I quit smoking after using Chantix for 6 weeks. I ordered the medication online from http://www.pillavenue.com and got it delivered via mail. The first week or so wasn’t easy but after that I quit this habit totally. I just hope that everyone else tries this medication to stop this dangerous addiction.
Hey, it happens…but this is how you learn.
As long as you continue to move forward in a positive direction after this that’s all that matters.
